Yep, that'd be Spot. He was my writing cat for about 15 years. No matter what I was writing he was always sitting just a few feet away but never in the way.
That's Kahlua, too. He'll never turn down a lap, but mostly he's content with sitting within a 3 foot radius of one of his humans.
