Read Any Good SF Lately?

I have. I just finished SLY MONGOOSE by Tobias S. Buckell and loved it (a more complete review at: WritersareReaders.com.) Now I'm on to UNHOLY DOMAIN by Dan Ronco.

What are YOU reading?

Alastair Reynolds's Revelation Space. Insane and fun. Mmmm, Ilia Volyova. Cunning, Russian and freaking ingenius.

About to start some Peter Watts, Zelanzy, or Bujold...

Just finished Alastair Reynolds' Revelation Space, which was excellent, and as a quickie I read Jack Campbell's Lost Fleet Fearless (Book 2), but right now I've moved onto a Flight of the Night Hawks by Raymond E. Feist.

I'm reading a collection of Robert E. Howard's short stories at the moment. I haven't read his stuff in ages, and a lot of this isn't the typical S&S most people associate with him. It's kind of interesting.

Once I'm thorugh with that, I will either go with a Walter Mosley mystery I picked up last week, or Joe Abercrombie's "Before They Are Hanged" (book 2 of the "First Law" series). Book 1, "The Blade Itself" was very fun, so I am looking forward to it.
