The title of which is simply, "Diveristy in Speculative Ficton," and it's by Paula R. Stiles in Fantasy Magazine. It's a four page article, but since I've touched on this issue here, I thought I'd bring it to everyone's attention.
Thanks for pointing this out. Paula is actually part of my Writers of the Future group and I was thrilled to hear that she was writing on a subject that deserves a lot more discussion than it gets.
