Kelly's second picture reminded me of this one of Beckham. He's making sure the new bath mat (so new that it still has its tag on) doesn't make any sudden moves.

What a sweetheart.
Later in the day I returned home from running some errands to find that one of the boys (or very likely both of them, working in tandem) had removed the label from the mat and assiduously shredded it into its smallest constituent parts.
